The easiest review I have ever had to write. Ellie is lovely, she is so friendly whilst clearly very knowledgeable. She seems to have a wealth of knowledge of audiology and of all the different types of hearing aids and associated bits and bobs. The hearing aids that I went for: Phonak Infinio Sphere Ultra, well, what can I say, they are lifechanging, I can hear in noisy places, I can answer phonecalls with my phone in my pocket, I now have the TV on a volume that other people can listen to comfortably. They are superb in every way. Being able to try them for a couple of weeks absolutely sold them to me. I wasn't going back to my NHS ones after trying these, and my wife said she'd kill me if I did! I was fed up asking my husband to tell me what people were saying on the tv.  I was recommended to Ash hearing by a friend and am so pleased not only with the outcome but also the way I didn’t feel pressurised at all.  They let me trial different hearing aids before buying although I was under no pressure to buy.
