Eleanor Cadman MSc RHAD MSHAA

Senior Audiologist

Eleanor works full time across all of our clinics.

After initially training as a Biomedical scientist, Eleanor felt her science skills would be put to better use in a clinical setting. She had been studying British Sign Language at night school and felt Audiology was the direction to go. Eleanor studied a Masters in Audiology at Southampton University in 2005 and completed her clinical training at Swansea NHS Trust. Eleanor completed more than ten years NHS work as a specialist Audiologist; undertaking complex audiology work including children's hearing assessments, fitting hearing aids to complex cases and undertaking balance assessments and rehabilitation.

Having moved into the private sector 7 years ago,  Eleanor has a vast experience with a range of digital aids and hearing aid fitting techniques; she also has first hand experience of tinnitus and hearing loss, so is able to offer empathetic advice on devices which will assist you in your daily life. Eleanor undertakes children's hearing tests and wax removals in all clinics.

Outside of work, Ellie puts her time to good use raising money for local charities through the Ladies Circle, and spends time with her young family.

Catherine Steed FdSc RHAD MSHAA

Audiologist

Catherine works full time,  primarily at our Leamington clinic.

She started her career in audiology by training as a Hearing Care Assistant at Aston University in 2016 and has been working in private clinics since then. In October 2023, Catherine began studying at De Montfort University to complete her Degree Apprenticeship in Hearing Aid Audiology. She was selected to take part in a charity trip to provide Audiology services in Gujarat, India in September 2024 and thoroughly enjoyed the challenge and made some fantastic memories. In May 2025 Catherine completed her course, graduating with Distinction and the highest mark in the cohort!

Catherine has a vast experience of hearing aids and accessories from a selection of manufacturers, and so is well placed to advise on solutions to make life easier; she can also troubleshoot most repairs and technical questions! Also highly experienced in clinical wax removal (micro-suction and irrigation) Catherine is skilled at treating customers with troublesome wax build up.

Catherine is registered with the HCPC as a Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD006009) and with the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists (BSHAA).

Outside of work, Catherine loves a quiz show and is determined to make 2026 the year she appears on one!

Michelle Lambert

Hearing Care Assistant

Michelle is our Hearing Care Assistant at the Pershore branch.

She started her career in audiology by training as a Hearing Care Assistant by completing a BTEC Level 4 Diploma for Hearing Care Assistant in 2017 and has subsequently worked for a large national hearing chain. Michelle took a career break to raise her young family and is thrilled to be back in the hearing care environment. Michelle is able to help with hearing aid maintenance and queries and has a welcoming patient centred approach.

Outside of work,  Michelle enjoys socialising with family and friends.

Sophie Waterfall

Hearing Care Assistant

Sophie's passion for Audiology began during her time at the University of Warwick  where she studied Biological Sciences. Outside of her studies, she attended sign language classes and gained valuable experience at a Summer school for Deaf children. These opportunities inspired her to pursue an MSc in Audiology at UCL where she completed placements at various hospitals across London. Sophie then went on to work abroad as an Audiologist, conducting hearing assessments for children being considered for cochlear implant. Now back in the UK, she is enjoying her role at Ash Hearing where she continues to broaden her knowledge and interest in the field.

In her spare time, Sophie enjoys cooking and Pilates, and has recently joined a walking club to stay active in the New Year.
