Temporary Closure of Ash Hearing due to COVID-19
The health and wellbeing of our clients is paramount.
Following the release of updated guidance from BSHAA (British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists), we have taken the difficult decision to close our clinic in the short term.
The nature of our business means that face to face appointments are needed to examine and interact with our clients, and this goes directly against the government advice on social distancing - its pretty hard to examine an ear from a distance of 2m or more!
We understand that not hearing well, especially at a time of isolation, can be frustrating and we are happy to give advice over the phone or email where possible. Please call us on 01926 431973 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
We can still accept repairs by post, so if there is a problem with your hearing aid, please call us in the first instance and we will advise on the next step.
As the situation changes, and when we have advice that allows us to safely operate, we will be open for business again. We are very grateful to our customers for their support and we look forward to welcoming you and your families again soon.
Take care - Eleanor, Catherine and the team
